This is an open letter to Minister of health of BC-Margaret MacDiarmid:
Why I write to you because your HPRB issued the similar court order to me. I just want to know my complaint can be resolved in a “just and timely” manner or not? Plus as follows:
1. No answer: On Sep/09/2008, I went to Parker Place Medical Clinic to see to Dr. David Tsang for my rashes on arms, legs and chest. He told me that my rashes were from Eczema. I asked what the root cause was because I did not have Eczema history. He refused to answer. Why? Because he faced dilemma, if he told me the truth, that’s not your government’s want; if he fooled me, he must lie; so, he thought the best way was no answer. May I ask you here, as a patient, do I have the right to know the root cause and the reason and behind?
2. MSP Eligibility Report: Your officer issued a report to me and wanted to end my coverage of medical care. The reason was: Residence in question. My residence is decided by Jason Kenny not you. Why your officer crossed the line? The reason is simple and clear: you wanted to force me on the brink:
3. St. Paul’s Hospital: On Mar/29/2011, I was arrested by Police and put into this hospital. One female medical student wanted to see my penis. I rejected her nonsense request. Then a nurse named Kit forced me to take pill. I refused to take pill because I was Ok “Why must I take the pills?” Then six people used violence to take off my underwear to do injection. If they really wanted to do injection, they could inject on my arm, leg or butt, not necessary to take off my underwear. Your hospital and your staff treated me as an animal.
4. Cheap and dirty psychiatrists and doctors: Your psychiatrists Kerr, Sherwood, Andrea Gambetti, Katherine Wrixon, J. Wong, Andrea Grabovac, Megan Roberts, Raj B Raina, Man Wai Kwan and doctors Adrian Edgar, Michael lee etc, the evil team who abused their professional ethics to kill Canadian Chart of Rights and Freedoms. First they forced me to take risperidone to cause me so many side effects, such as, brain damage, sleeping disorder, dizziness etc; then they used another drug to offset those side effects but caused me depression. I asked them many times “Please stop injection because it did not provide any help but had so many side effects.” They intimidated me “if you do not cooperate we will put you in hospital again”. Their intent was simple and clear: to force me to commit suicide. Felt despair of Canada Government, I almost jumped from 21 floors in Nov/2011. However, God told me “Be strong, justice will defect evil finally!” Are you disappointed that “I am still alive”? Why your psychiatrists and doctors crossed the line to act like Ban Ki-Moon?
5. Persecution: Based on Canadian famous lawyer David Mate’s saying: if one gets disease and one can not get appropriate treatment. It is a kind of persecution. This kind of persecution is from You-BC Government. I have got whole body muscle and joint for more than one year but I can not get appropriate treatment. Your doctors just want to see me suffer. Furthermore, my disease is from joint-torture and joint-persecution of Singapore Gov, China Gov and Canada Gov. “Is it fun to watch someone suffer?”
6. Cover up: That’s see how your doctors have covered up to fool me. For muscle and joint pain, 1st version is from aging; 2nd version is sitting position; 3rd version is exercise; 4th version is weather. I do not know what’s their next version? For diabetes, they diagnosed me first; then said “My diabetes is under well-control.” but I did not get any treatment and I do not change my life style, such as exercise and eating habit. Why my diabetes is under well-control. It meant that your doctors had worked together with perpetrators to fabricate such disease to manipulate me. Another example is Vancouver Coastal Health. I filed a complaint against restaurant named “Tang Dynasty Handcrafted Noodle House”. Your officer told me that they checked their menu was Ok. That’s not my concern. My concern is: what ingredient they put to my dishes to cause my sugar level so high and what’s the reason and behind? Then no answer！
7. Corruption: At the beginning I thought that Canada is a country of “Rule of law”. That’s why I filed complaint to CPS-BC. However, I have found out that CPS-BC has been corrupted by psychiatrists and possible government because CPS-BC did involve in neither ongoing mediation nor settlement discussions.
Finally, I filed further my complaint to HPRB. See, what the tricks they have played? 1ST, they want to assign a Case manager to me, but the time is unknown; 2nd, the mediation is by phone; 3rd, the pre-hearing is also by phone.
I am not satisfied with their solution and sent email to them. Then they said “You refrain from sending further emails and correspondence”. Interesting, HPRB act like Supreme Court of BC (Why your officer crossed the line again?)! If my complaint can be resolved in a “just and timely manner” I am not interested in writing to you.
I want public hearing because I do not trust your staff. Only media and public can “keep you honest”.
By the way, my God Father seemed died by natural course but actually it was foul play. When he was diagnosed with melanoma cancer in Nov/2009 he got zero treatment. On Oct/08/2010, he lived in Richmond Hospital . I thought that he could get treatment and recover soon. On Oct/15/2010, I protested on street, and then he died suddenly less than three days. My protest was nothing to do with him. Why your hospital and staff punished him? The reason was simple and clear against me: economic sanction and isolation, cutting off emotional, mental and spiritually support.
Now I have experience chest pain and headache. I predict three possible results in the future for your government, Singapore Gov and China Gov to silence me: Quick term to make me die in heart attack because anyone can die with heart attack without reasonable explanation; medium term to fabricate cancer to let me die in so-called natural course; long term to make me dementia.
If you think it is right thing to keep me and public in the dark for so long to win the time to do what three governments want, “just do it”.
See, that’s your doctors, psychiatrists, your hospital and your CPS, all is under your leadership. Should you discipline your staff or are you satisfied with what they have done to me?

Pray to God
God, you are the way, but where is your way?
God, you are the truth, but “why truth sets me trouble in Canada”?
God, you are the life, but why everyday I must have bread of “oppression, nightmare, exile, joint-torture and joint-persecution” for more than seven years?
Answer me when I call to you, O my righteous God. Give me relief from my distress; be merciful to me and hear my prayer.
O LORD, how many are my foes! How many rise up against me!
Strangers are attacking me; ruthless men seek my life-men without regard for God.
They repay me evil for good and leave my soul forlorn. They slander me without ceasing.
Why, O LORD, do you stand far off? Why do you hide yourself in times of trouble?
How long, O LORD? How long will you hide your face from me? How long must I wrestle with my thoughts and everyday have sorrow in my heart? How long will my enemies triumph over me?
My God, my God, why have you forsaken me? Why are you so far from saving me? O my God, I cry out by day, but you do not answer, by night, and am not silent.
O LORD, you have seen this; be not silent. Do not be far from me, O LORD. Awake, and rise to my defense! Should I respect you, Stephen Harper?
On June/10/2008 when I watched CBC to know that you apologized to the public “It was wrong”. I was touched deeply from my heart and thought I moved to the right place and Canada Government was still a good government because Canada Government had the courage to admit its mistake and was willing to pay reasonably for the victims although Canada Government followed this global political movement of “Truth and Reconciliation” led by Australian Government. However, during my more than five years ordeals in Canada I suddenly realized that’s your political trick. Why I say that? Well, I protested online and on street to condemn inhuman misconduct of China Gov and Singapore Gov (not Canada Gov), why Canada Government stopped me? Was it not conspiracy? Is there any law or bylaw in Canada to prohibit me to protest? Where is the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms?
You and your aides will defend that Canada Gov did not stop me. Here I just tell you two facts. One was on Oct/15/2010, I protested on street, then my God Father died suddenly less than 3 days; another was on Mar/28/2011, I protested on street again, your Police conspired with my former roommate named Glenn A. Gordon (99% of chance of Police informant) to arrest me and put me in hospital. Well, you or your aides will defend again that’s co-incident. Really? I can list more than hundreds of so-called co-incidents happened to me.
Supposed Canada is a country of “Rule of Law”. But now it likes China-“Rule by Man”. Your related politicians have been corrupted by Singapore Gov and China Gov. I reported my incident with overwhelming facts, evidence and proof of “Global surveillance”, “Home invasion”, “Isolation”, “Privacy intrusion”, “Psychological violence”, “Joint-torture” and “Joint-persecution” to RCMP, Vancouver Police, even Bob Paulson and Vic Toews. But your Police just ignored me because your Police think that “I am insignificant” and need not to waste that resource to investigate. Can I ask you one simple but fundamental question: Who is significant? Only you, all others are insignificant. Without shield and cover up of Canada Gov, can those perpetrators run so wild and so rampant?
My incident is not a Police matter, not a CFIA’s matter, not a Minister of Justice of BC’s matter, but it is your matter because you are the Prime Minister of Canada.
Similar to Singapore Gov and China Gov which play tricks and transfer public attention that my ordeals are from myself-unhappy marriage instead of their torture and persecution, Canada Gov transfers my trauma from criminal issue to medical issue. If you think that’s the right thing, just do it.
By the way, can I ask you one more question? If someone plays your penis without your consent when you sleep, what’s your feeling? Now I can not write, eat and sleep, do I like a human being? One more thing, if you think I slander you or your government you can sue me. But I advise you to learn some skills from your ally-Singapore Gov.

谁的眼泪在飞？
众所周知，中共是个流氓的政府。那么，新加坡政府呢？很多人都被其廉洁、诚实、高效的表面现象所迷惑，其实它是一个势利、虚伪及狡诈的政府。现在再来谈加拿大政府。很多人都认为加拿大是个民主及自由的国家，包括五年前的我也是这么认为。可是，事实证明，那只是个假象。当政治、国际外交、经济出现矛盾的时候，往往经济说了算，特别是当前国际经济低迷的时候，经济当头，其他的统统靠边站。这就给当前经济腾飞的中国提供了一个特别适合的温床，也给只讲经济不讲人权的新加坡政府提供了很好的借口，同时也向全世界发出了挑逊：现在是独裁的时代，民主该退休了！
在极权的国度里，政治人物遭到其政府的迫害，此事很普遍。但我只是一个普通的人，却同时遭到三个政府的迫害，你应该还没听说过。先是新家坡政府及中国政府用耍赖和鸵鸟政策无法动摇我的决心；接着再用混淆是非、颠倒黑白的伎俩，硬把对我的政治迫害跟感情扯在一起（我的政治迫害跟感情一点关系都没有），每天聘请本地人大演“三角猫“的爱情游戏。最让人气愤是硬逼我跟我不喜欢的人甚至一些不三不四的人谈恋爱，这种事就是打死了我也不会干；接着就变本加厉的侵犯人权和压制民主。这需要加拿大政府的帮助。卑鄙及高明的新加坡政府和中国政府是如何做到的呢？它们把相关的加拿大政府官员从市级、省级到联邦政府统统腐败掉。倚仗着本地政府的默许、纵容乃至配合与暗示，加拿大警察不仅不去抓凶手，还怪我证据不足。并故意包庇、伪证、不调查及隐瞒证据。最后再配合本地的精神病医生，硬要把我逼疯！加拿大警察及加拿大精神病医生的做法已经杀死了加拿大的宪法。三个政府同流合污、狼狈为奸，党豺为虐。它们联合起来并滥用其权势、资源和网络对我进行压迫、威胁、恐吓、诽谤甚至利用慢性毒药来折磨我，逼得我走投无路、流离失所、背井离乡等。其目的是逼我屈服，或把我逼疯以至走上绝路。这样它们既不用作任何的经济赔偿，又不用作任何的官方道歉，更重要的是随时随地都可以抹黑我。 是的，我是差一点就从二十一楼跳下去，但老天告诉我：一定要坚强，不然太便宜了三个邪恶的政府。
“自由和清白或美德一样，只有在你享有它们时，才会得到满足，一旦失去它们，你就会感到欢乐停止了。“这是卢梭的名言，也是我的心声，更是我人生的梦想。可悲的是，我是个活生生的人，却不能象正常人一样地活着，而必须痛苦着，扭曲着，每天以泪洗面，每天心在滴血，百无聊赖，一点办法也没有，过着“生不如死“的生活。这七年多来，一股邪恶的势力重重包围着我，压的我几乎都喘不过气来，迫的几乎令我窒息。悲愤总时时来袭击我的心，至今没有停止，我很想借此算是飒身一摇，将悲哀摆脱，给自己轻松一下。我忍耐不下了，我渴望着一线阳光。我要对黑暗现实进行批判和否定，并发出了悲愤的控诉和呐喊：来吧，来一场轰轰烈烈、雷电交加的暴风雨吧！去粉粹三个邪恶的政府---中国政府及新加坡政府及加拿大政府；把这群盘踞在地面的鬼魅，击个腐烂；来彻底清洗他们肮脏的灵魂；去摧毁哪“损不足而奉有余“的黑暗社会，去迎接太阳的到来！让人可以真正成为人！让人可以尽着自己的性情，自由自在地活着，没有礼教来约束，没有文明来捆绑，没有虚伪，没有欺诈，没有阴险，没有陷害，也没有苦恼！
尽管这份力量很微薄，但我也要尽一分力量，控诉三个邪恶的政府。同时也奉劝哪些加拿大人，不要再为这三个邪恶的政府再做偷鸡摸狗或犯罪的事了。当你们下手的时候，扪心自问：我到底做错了什么？我跟你们到底是今世有什么过节或前世有什么冤仇？不要为了一点小钱，就被他们当傻B利用；也不要为了小恩小惠，就铤而走险，在关键的时候，它们是不会认帐的；更不要害怕它们的淫威。三个政府联合起来迫害一个手无寸铁的无辜良民，这难道不说明新加坡政府、中国政府及加拿大政府卑鄙、无耻、下流吗？老天爷会惩罚你的，因“善有善报，恶有恶报，不是不报，只是时候未到“。
我现在是上天无路，入地无门；口无逗鸡之米，夜无鼠耗之粮，上访七载，亦无着落，仰问苍天，生命几何！我每天连基本的吃饭、睡觉都要提心吊胆，这种人生有何意义？我强烈恳求及呼吁国际社会帮助我。亲爱的朋友们、父老乡亲及兄弟姐妹们，请焕醒你们的良知，请拿出你们的爱心，勇敢站出来， 帮我说句公话。不要让我们祖先辛辛苦苦奋斗几百年的自由、民主及人权的果实就让三个政府毁于一旦。让我们一起来谴责人面兽心的新加坡政府、中国政府及加拿大政府并让它们改邪归正。让我们手拉手、心连心，让明天更美好，让世界更美好！

Blood and Tears
“Count down to freedom”, on Oct/12/2010, when I watched the news from CBC and knew that the ordeals of 33 trapped Chile miners finally come to en end for 69 days because of global rescue effort from Chile Government, US-NASA and Canadian Calgary Team, the tears were full in my eyes (based on Singapore Gov point of view, they are insignificant people should not waste such huge resources and effort to rescue them). However, Singapore Gov, China Gov and Canada Gov have conspired to torture me-innocent, vulnerable, unarmed civilian with zero resources for more than 7 years because I have promoted universal values of “Freedom, Democracy and Human Rights” and they will continue until I die. After I die three governments will celebrate in Vancouver because they finally get rid of this “Public Enemy”.
Our lives begin to end the day we become silent about the things that matter (Martin Luther King Jr.). Indeed, I can’t keep silent anymore. I must stand up and speak out not just for me but most important for better tomorrow. Yes, “Idle No More”, enough is enough. I strongly condemn disgraceful and shameful misconducts of three governments and hold full responsibility and accountability for this title and wait for Singapore Gov, China Gov even Canada Gov to sue me. Welcome public to dig deeper and hope public and media can keep three governments honest because there are so many reasons to keep government honest, such as conspiracy, corruption, hypocrisy, bureaucracy, and deceptions. In this book, sometimes I used coarse language which I seldom used before my ordeals because this is the one of ways to release my partial anger (actually outrage). Maybe people will say “I am rude or disrespectful” that is unfair to me because I am human being. Well, like Singapore Gov and China Gov-cheap and dirty, the same as those Canadian psychiatrists, they need not to be respected.

The international community has a responsibility to remind Singapore Gov, China Gov and Canada Gov of their obligations to human rights. I just want to know finally which one has longer arm in Canada, Evil or Justice. Ironically, Stephen Harper often criticizes human rights record of third world, shame to him!

Hospital Arrest-A Despicable Canadian Way!
Supposed Canada likes USA-many voices. For me, however, there is only one voice-all force me to submit to the tyranny. If I express my personal opinion or tell the truth, someone (my roommate, doctor or anyone) will call Police and Police will arrest me and put me in hospital regardless wrong or right. Now I live in fear. The 1st fear is Canada Police and psychiatrists; the 2nd fear is the persecution of China Gov/Singapore Gov. If my incident happens in China or Singapore; it is not strange at all. However, it has happened in Canada-a so-called "free and democratic" country, a so-called a nation that prides itself as a global champion of Human Rights, a so-called "Humanitarian and Compassionate" government, and a so-called Best Place on earth.
That’s really dark and disturbing. Supposed Free Speech is the hallmark of western world and Protest is one of most popular western cultures. However, when talking about Economy or diplomacy, everything turns ugly. If I protest online or on street, China Gov and Singapore Gov will hire those perpetrators to add some harmful substances to my food or drink etc to cause me skin rash, fever, headache, stomach pain, chest pain, runny nose, having loose bowl etc within two hours many times (if one or two times it can be said coincident, many times not at all). Here I give fresh example of Gu Kailai’s case. Gu Kailai, one of the former top Chinese Communist Party (CCP) Politicians’ (Bo Xilai) wife, used poison to murder her British business partner Neil Heywood. That’s typical CCP’s solution for any dissidents or any dispute to seal someone’s mouth. However, I live in Canada. As a quick and sneaky learner, Singapore Gov has worked together with China Gov to use slow poison to seal my mouth. Not only this, I have overwhelming facts and evidence to prove that China Gov and Singapore Gov have conspired to persecute me not only food poison but also death threatening, privacy intrusion, home invasion, and psychological violence etc to force me on the brink.
If China Gov and Singapore Gov think that I slander them, they can sue me for defamation (the best skill of Singapore PAP is: sue opposition parties or dissidents for defamation). I welcome public hearing to clear my name and reputation. However, they have felt guilty and used those dirty tricks to persecute me more than 7 years and seemed not work well. Therefore, they asked Canada Gov for help. That’s why Canada Police and psychiatrists have put me twice in hospital-a very despicable Canadian way. How? 1st, Police believed one alcoholic nonsense saying and fabricated evidence; 2nd, psychiatrists used that to certify me and used medications to cause me dizziness, drowsiness, fatigue, sleeping disorder, decrease sexual ability/desire even depression…Brilliant, one stone hits two birds. Therefore, Canada Gov can not only keep good relationship with China Gov and Singapore Gov but also write off my worst human rights abuse case in Canada.
Sadness and outrage! If anyone mistreats his/her animal, BC-SPCA will speak out for the animal. However, I have seven years ordeals but I can not speak out, otherwise Police will arrest me. What a dark and evil society in Canada!

Global Conspiracy---China Gov, Singapore Gov and Canada Gov!!!
Suspected my motive to Canada, many Canadians asked me the same question “What brought you to Canada?” when I moved to Canada four years ago. “Freedom and democracy”, that’s why I am here for? However, things have turned ugly in Canada. If my incident happens in China or Singapore, it is not strange at all. But it has happened in Canada, a so-called “Free and Democratic” country, a so-called nation that prides itself as a global champion of “Human Rights”, a so-called “Humanitarian and Compassionate” government, and a so-called “Best Place” on earth.
That’s really dark and disturbing. Supposed “Free Speech” is the hallmark of western world and Protest is one of most popular western cultures. However, when talking about Politics or Economy, everything turns ugly. “Absolute no pressure from China Gov!” that’s Vancouver city government defended itself to legalize bylaw to ban Falungong practitioners to protest in front of The Consulate General of China in Vancouver (Only idiots believe what they said). However, this so-called bylaw was struck down by BC Supreme Court, that’s real Canadian value (Ridiculous! China Gov can persecute Falungong practitioners worldwide, why Falungong practitioners can’t protest? Once I talked to them, they told me they got persecution in China but they are safe in Canada.). For me, there is no reason to stop me to protest online and on street, but cheap broken puppet named Glenn A. Gordon, Canada Police and cheap broken psychiatrics had worked together sneaky to kill Canadian “Charter of Rights and Freedoms”. China Gov and Singapore have conspired to persecute me more than 7 years in Singapore, US and Canada (more than 4 years and half). Why I can’t protest online and on street peacefully?
When I protest online or on street, China Gov and Singapore Gov hire those perpetrators to add some harmful substances to my food or milk etc to cause me skin rash, fever, headache, stomach pain, runny nose, having loose bowl etc within one or two hours many times (if one or two times it can be said coincident, many times not at all). I have overwhelming facts and evidence to prove that China Gov and Singapore Gov have conspired to persecute me as follows:
-Global Surveillances (more than 7 years): tail, phone hacking (can check from Rogers), computer hacking (every time I use computer, I have abundant evidence that IP Address unauthorized access to my computer), mail censorship (from Singapore Postal Service to Canada Post, UPS and FedEx), email hacking, online chat hacking (I can’t chat at Yahoo Group) etc.
-Privacy intrusion (more than 7 years): solid evidence from one mail of law firm called “Clark Wilson” said third party observed my life with my God Father at Richmond. That’s my business with my God Father; we can do whatever we wanted it is no business with anyone. Who authorized 3rd party to monitor our life?
-Food poisoning (more than 6 years): from food and milk etc at my home to meals at different restaurants.
-Death threatening (by phone, by email and in person): the latest death threatening phone call was at 7:04pm on Mar/20/2012 when I did my journal and slammed China Gov and Singapore Gov.
-Home invasion (more than 6 years)
-Psychological Violence (more than 7 years)
-Isolation (more than 7 years)
China is my motherland and Singapore is my second home town. If I have any achievement I like to let them shine. That’s why I want to keep their face and have given their sufficient time and showed my extra patience to let them to resolve my ordeals. To show their false mercy and transfer attention, China Gov and Singapore Gov have abused scam and love as a way of reconciliation. The 1st is scam. They have hired those international scammers to send me scam email and asked me to pay small money for those so-called business proposals. I can pay the small money but I must verify first or I can pay to someone I know in Vancouver. No, they disappear (I can disclose that they hired one old lady named Patricia in hospital as a scammer. That’s solid proof that China Gov and Singapore Gov are so cheap and despicable). Then they can blame me that “All is my fault because I lack of co-operation”; the 2nd is negotiation. I open my door for them to negotiate secretly. If they really want to resolve the problem, they can delegate someone who I know in Greater Vancouver to talk to me. No, they hire either those street-walkers or those old man or old lady sitting in front of me or beside me. Of course I ignore those strangers. Then they can blame that I close the door or “All is my fault because I lack of cooperation”; the 3rd is love. Love is a serious issue for me. I have one painful marriage why must I have another one? Furthermore, love is mutual, one side can’t get spark. Only both feel comfortable and have desire to build relationship then it works. I am a down-to-earth human being, why I can’t pick someone I really like? Why I can’t to be myself? They force me to take someone I dislike. If not, they can torture me and blame me again “All is my fault because I lack of cooperation”.
They have played such nonsense games again and again more than 7 years and can’t force me to submit to the tyranny then they ask Canada Government for help. Yes, China Gov and Singapore have resources and networks, but they do not have authority to arrest me; they do not have authority to put me in hospital; and they do not authority to force me to take unnecessary pill; and they do not have authority to take off my underwear and expose my private part in public in hospital.
Glenn A. Gordon: I met him at “Absolutely Badminton” group. When my God Father died I talked to him my situation. He told me he was willing to help me (we made a deal: I paid only $375 which I could afford to but I could occupy only about areas 25% of that apartment; he must smoke at balcony; and he also told me that he has depression.). I really appreciated his help and treated as a good friend. But only I moved there then I found out he has another alcoholic addition. He drank everyday and often got drunk. When he got drank we had arguments (at least 5 to 6 times before on Mar/28/2011). To avoid any unhappy argument I often went out when he got drunk.
On Mar/28/2011, at daytime I went to street to protest. Then about 6pm, I cooked my meal. When I took out the “Breakfast Sausage Rounds” I found out that one piece was cut by knife. Then I asked him whether he touched the food or not he told me “No, it is from Safeway?” “Since you did not touch it, someone must enter this apartment and did it again. It is not from Safeway.” Then I gave my reasons as: 1st, I am sensitive to food, before and after I buy I always check everything. “Breakfast Sausage Rounds” almost every piece was identical; 2nd, that stuff is imported from USA. In USA food must under supervision of FDA. Therefore food manufacturers should control their consistent quality and safety; 3rd, Safeway is a big Store; it should control its food quality strictly. “I argued with him. He suddenly got mad and yelled to me “You are nut, I want to call Police.” Then he called Police. And I took the picture of one piece (DSC04962).
PC 1693 MCFEE, Christophe, PC 2614 Zaremska and MHES Nurse: #6322
It is Police’s responsibility to protect people’s safety, to maintain public order and to uphold justice. However, those are only in textbook. I had experienced “Police and gang are one family” in China and Singapore, now I get the same experience in Canada. After Glenn called Police, PC 2614 named Zaremska came to our apartment and asked me some simple questions. As a good citizen, I answered her honestly and showed her the “Breakfast Sausage Rounds” and explained the reason why we argued. Then on Mar/29/2011, another nurse MHES #6322 named Wendy followed up and asked almost the same questions again. After that, she told me that “they will take me to the hospital to have medical check”. Ok, I went with them.
(Note: At that moment, I did not know they arrested me. If I knew I would ask them the warrant from court.)
I did not accuse Glenn and we did not have any violence. When I found out something wrong did I have a right to ask question? I did not talk to PC 1693 MCFEE, but he concluded that “I am dangerous to myself and others?” Police did not investigate the whole situation thoroughly but believed one alcoholic nonsense saying. Therefore, the Police
1. Breached public trust to disrupt the justice
2. Abused their professional ethics for their political purpose
3. Shield perpetrators on long term basic
4. Deceived innocent civilian (if they said “You are under arrested” I would ask them to show the warrant)
Regarding torture I reported my detail incident to RCMP, they blamed me “I do not have enough evidence”. Then I complained to Canadian Human Rights Commission, they told me “it is Police’s responsibility to protect people’s safety and it is Police’s responsibility to investigate for their inhuman treatments”. But Police asked me to investigate myself (If I have resources and authority I know how to investigate). Canada Police give those perpetrators a clear signal “Torture is no big deal in Canada but they must do it intelligently and despicably, then Police can kick me out due to not enough evidence”. Of course China Gov and Singapore Gov of course know how to do. That’s why those perpetrators run so rampant and so wild (Ironically, I just live half block of VPD and I reported my incident to the staff of Yukon Housing).
Andrea Gambetti (St’ Paul’s Hospital-Unit 8C)
On Mar/29/2012 I was put into St. Paul’s Hospital. Many people asked me questions. One female medical student wanted to look at my genital of course I denied her nonsense request. Then they forced me to take pill. I refused. Ok, “Since you do not cooperate…” Then they used force (two security guards plus other four people) to take off my underwear and expose my genital in public and did injection.
Now was another broken puppet’s named Andrea Gambetti’s (Plus another broken puppet named Kerr) turn to torture me. He tried to find fault from me every time and attacked me every time that “I am paranoid and I have delusion”. If I have different opinions he increased the dose of medication and reduced the time of pass. At the time I am still naïve and thought that Canada is a country of “Rule of law” unlike China or Singapore “rule by man” then I applied “Panel Review”.
See, how they had worked together to set me up.
1. They assigned a legal advocate called Lisa Ferguson from “Mental Health Law Program” to help me. At the beginning she did and talked to me three times but at the critical moment of hearing she disappeared (another so-called coincident?).
2. They deliberated to choose the date on Apr/14/2011. You know 14 in Chinese means “want you to die” (maybe another coincident?).
3. The panel members were: Frank, Morris and Tracy (I did not know their full name). Based on rules of “Panel Review”, any psychiatric must have solid evidence to prove that patient has such mental illness. Andrea Gambetti did not have any evidence from past to present to prove that “I am paranoid and have delusion” (People can check my medical history from China, Singapore, USA and Canada even from my father’s side and my mother’s side)
After the hearing, Frank told me the decision “You are polite, intelligent and have strong self-esteem. But mental illness is not a stigma any more in North America therefore you must stay.”

Then after 35 days of hospitalization, Andrea Gambetti discharged me with reason that “The hospital does have enough beds.”
Katherine Wrixon (West-End Mental Health Team)
After I discharged from St. Paul’s Hospital, now it was her turn to torture me. She continues to force me to have injection. I asked her many times “Please stop it, it does not provide any help but have so many side-effects.” “No, you must co-operate, otherwise I will put you in hospital again.” She often threatened me if I had any different opinions. In August 2011, she promised me to stop injection but after that she changed her idea and gave me another certificate. I felt despair in Canada because whole society against me therefore I got depression. However, I still tried my last chance to fight and went to “Panel Review” again. This time the chairperson de-certified the certificate. (Why? I knew the reason behind)
Two psychiatrics abused their professional ethics to force me to take unnecessary medicine as follows: Risperidone, Cipralex, Wellbutrin, and Oxazepam to cause me:
1. Permanent Stigma: I must carry this heavy luggage in my life time.
2. Permanent brain damage: Quick thinking and quick learning are my strength. Now they are gone. Formally, if I see something or hear something I can gather all information to my brain about 20 seconds to make judgment but now it takes more than 60 seconds (3 times) and often I feel blank in my brain; poorer memory, formally I could remember a lot information especially complicated information, but now no; poorer reaction, formally I could act very quickly but now no even sometimes I become clumsiness.
3. Dizzy: I felt dizzy during April to October of 2011.
4. Sleeping disorder: from April 2011 until present. Now every night before sleep, I must listen to Radio about one hour, then it takes another half and hour to sleep; Furthermore, I often wake up at night. The longest sleeping time is about 5 hours.
5. Joint-ache: from September 2011 until present.
6. Depression: from August to December of 2011. Katherine Wrixon asked me to take pill but did not work. I found the solution myself, such as, volunteer and part-time job and healed myself. Those shit psychiatrics should go home!
Last year I lived in Century Plaza (at 21 floors). I tried to jump four times but unsuccessful because I heard a voice from Sky “Only cowards commit suicide, be strong, Justice will defeat evil finally!”
7. Nausea: from August to December of 2011
8. Blurred vision: from April 2011 to present.
9. Sex dysfunction: my genital could not erect during April to November of 2011.
10. Life-destroyed: My chance to find a decent life partner is zero, and to get a decent job is also zero unless miracle happens to me. The outrage is: they have worked together to fool me that “Do not worry; we keep your information confidential because no one can access your information.” They perceive public are idiots and do not know about anything. Now is information technology age especially booming spying business. Can they keep my information confidential??
Note: for item 4, 5 and 8, are they complicated decease? No, the doctors do not want to cure therefore they become choric decease. Watching someone suffering is another kind of torture. Let patients suffer, that’s good Canadian Health Care System??

Therefore, psychiatrics Andrea Gambetti and Katherine Wrixon:

3. Wasted public resources: It is not tax-payers’ responsibility to foot such bill. They should foot my bill in St’ Paul’s Hospital and after unnecessary treatment.
Free speech and protest are fundamental universal human rights. No one can stop me unless Ban Ki-Moon. Glenn A. Gordon, Canada Police and Gambetti and Katherine Wrixon had acted as Ban Ki-Moon. Wow, that’s Canada! Politics is simple! Hiring some psychiatrics to do what they want because psychiatrics are more powerful than Supreme Court! Fortunately they stopped in September 2011.
I predict three possible consequences happening to me soon:
1. Quick solution: Fabricate an accident to cause me to die. Then China Gov and Singapore Gov and sleep peacefully. “Go for it”, at least my ordeals are ended because I am tired of such life---hypocrisy, conspiracy and deceptions!!! Then China Gov and Singapore can apply “torture” patent in the world and act as a “role model” for those dictatorship countries.
2. Middle-term solution: Fabricate a cancer, then they just say no solution like my God Father.
3. Long-term solution: Continue to torture me until I get paralyzed one day. Canada Police just blind their eyes and say “I do not have evidence”.

Sadness and outrage, I am the victim of Chins Gov and Singapore Gov and I do not do anything wrong and behave well everywhere but now I like North Korea or Iran. Oppression, torture, nightmare and exile are my daily bread. The world is watching-watching what China Gov and Singapore Gov do, and Canada Gov do! The price of fighting for “Freedom and democracy” in Canada is so high, even higher……

That’s really dark and disturbing. Supposed “Free Speech” is the hallmark of western world and Protest is one of most popular western cultures. However, when talking about Politics or Economy, everything turns ugly. “Absolute no pressure from China Gov!” that’s Vancouver city government defended itself to legalize bylaw to ban Falungong practitioners to protest in front of The Consulate General of China in Vancouver (Only idiots believe what they said). However, this so-called bylaw was struck down by BC Supreme Court, that’s real Canadian value (Ridiculous! China Gov can persecute Falungong practitioners worldwide, why Falungong practitioners can’t protest? Once I talked to them, they told me they got persecution in China but they are safe in Canada.). For me, there is no reason to stop me to protest online and on street, but cheap broken puppet named Glenn A. Gordon, Canada Police and cheap broken psychiatrics had worked together sneaky to kill Canadian “Charter of Rights and Freedoms”. China Gov and Singapore have conspired to persecute me more than 7 years in Singapore, US and Canada (more than 4 years and half). Why I can’t protest online and on street peacefully?
When I protest online or on street, China Gov and Singapore Gov hire those perpetrators to add some harmful substances to my food or milk etc to cause me skin rash, fever, headache, stomach pain, runny nose, having loose bowl etc within one or two hours many times (if one or two times it can be said coincident, many times not at all). I have overwhelming facts and evidence to prove that China Gov and Singapore Gov have conspired to persecute me as follows:
-Global Surveillances (more than 7 years): tail, phone hacking (can check from Rogers), computer hacking (every time I use computer, I have abundant evidence that IP Address unauthorized access to my computer), mail censorship (from Singapore Postal Service to Canada Post, UPS and FedEx), email hacking, online chat hacking (I can’t chat at Yahoo Group) etc.
-Privacy intrusion (more than 7 years): solid evidence from one mail of law firm called “Clark Wilson” said third party observed my life with my God Father at Richmond. That’s my business with my God Father; we can do whatever we wanted it is no business with anyone. Who authorized 3rd party to monitor our life?
-Food poisoning (more than 6 years): from food and milk etc at my home to meals at different restaurants.
-Death threatening (by phone, by email and in person): the latest death threatening phone call was at 7:04pm on Mar/20/2012 when I did my journal and slammed China Gov and Singapore Gov.
-Home invasion (more than 6 years)
-Psychological Violence (more than 7 years)
-Isolation (more than 7 years)
China is my motherland and Singapore is my second home town. If I have any achievement I like to let them shine. That’s why I want to keep their face and have given their sufficient time and showed my extra patience to let them to resolve my ordeals. To show their false mercy and transfer attention, China Gov and Singapore Gov have abused scam and love as a way of reconciliation. The 1st is scam. They have hired those international scammers to send me scam email and asked me to pay small money for those so-called business proposals. I can pay the small money but I must verify first or I can pay to someone I know in Vancouver. No, they disappear (I can disclose that they hired one old lady named Patricia in hospital as a scammer. That’s solid proof that China Gov and Singapore Gov are so cheap and despicable). Then they can blame me that “All is my fault because I lack of co-operation”; the 2nd is negotiation. I open my door for them to negotiate secretly. If they really want to resolve the problem, they can delegate someone who I know in Greater Vancouver to talk to me. No, they hire either those street-walkers or those old man or old lady sitting in front of me or beside me. Of course I ignore those strangers. Then they can blame that I close the door or “All is my fault because I lack of cooperation”; the 3rd is love. Love is a serious issue for me. I have one painful marriage why must I have another one? Furthermore, love is mutual, one side can’t get spark. Only both feel comfortable and have desire to build relationship then it works. I am a down-to-earth human being, why I can’t pick someone I really like? Why I can’t to be myself? They force me to take someone I dislike. If not, they can torture me and blame me again “All is my fault because I lack of cooperation”.
They have played such nonsense games again and again more than 7 years and can’t force me to submit to the tyranny then they ask Canada Government for help. Yes, China Gov and Singapore have resources and networks, but they do not have authority to arrest me; they do not have authority to put me in hospital; and they do not authority to force me to take unnecessary pill; and they do not have authority to take off my underwear and expose my private part in public in hospital.
Glenn A. Gordon: I met him at “Absolutely Badminton” group. When my God Father died I talked to him my situation. He told me he was willing to help me (we made a deal: I paid only $375 which I could afford to but I could occupy only about areas 25% of that apartment; he must smoke at balcony; and he also told me that he has depression.). I really appreciated his help and treated as a good friend. But only I moved there then I found out he has another alcoholic addition. He drank everyday and often got drunk. When he got drank we had arguments (at least 5 to 6 times before on Mar/28/2011). To avoid any unhappy argument I often went out when he got drunk.
On Mar/28/2011, at daytime I went to street to protest. Then about 6pm, I cooked my meal. When I took out the “Breakfast Sausage Rounds” I found out that one piece was cut by knife. Then I asked him whether he touched the food or not he told me “No, it is from Safeway?” “Since you did not touch it, someone must enter this apartment and did it again. It is not from Safeway.” Then I gave my reasons as: 1st, I am sensitive to food, before and after I buy I always check everything. “Breakfast Sausage Rounds” almost every piece was identical; 2nd, that stuff is imported from USA. In USA food must under supervision of FDA. Therefore food manufacturers should control their consistent quality and safety; 3rd, Safeway is a big Store; it should control its food quality strictly. “I argued with him. He suddenly got mad and yelled to me “You are nut, I want to call Police.” Then he called Police. And I took the picture of one piece (DSC04962).
PC 1693 MCFEE, Christophe, PC 2614 Zaremska and MHES Nurse: #6322
It is Police’s responsibility to protect people’s safety, to maintain public order and to uphold justice. However, those are only in textbook. I had experienced “Police and gang are one family” in China and Singapore, now I get the same experience in Canada. After Glenn called Police, PC 2614 named Zaremska came to our apartment and asked me some simple questions. As a good citizen, I answered her honestly and showed her the “Breakfast Sausage Rounds” and explained the reason why we argued. Then on Mar/29/2011, another nurse MHES #6322 named Wendy followed up and asked almost the same questions again. After that, she told me that “they will take me to the hospital to have medical check”. Ok, I went with them.
(Note: At that moment, I did not know they arrested me. If I knew I would ask them the warrant from court.)
I did not accuse Glenn and we did not have any violence. When I found out something wrong did I have a right to ask question? I did not talk to PC 1693 MCFEE, but he concluded that “I am dangerous to myself and others?” Police did not investigate the whole situation thoroughly but believed one alcoholic nonsense saying. 4. Deceived innocent civilian (if they said “You are under arrested” I would ask them to show the warrant)
Regarding torture I reported my detail incident to RCMP, they blamed me “I do not have enough evidence”. Then I complained to Canadian Human Rights Commission, they told me “it is Police’s responsibility to protect people’s safety and it is Police’s responsibility to investigate for their inhuman treatments”. But Police asked me to investigate myself (If I have resources and authority I know how to investigate). Canada Police give those perpetrators a clear signal “Torture is no big deal in Canada but they must do it intelligently and despicably, then Police can kick me out due to not enough evidence”. Of course China Gov and Singapore Gov of course know how to do. That’s why those perpetrators run so rampant and so wild (Ironically, I just live half block of VPD and I reported my incident to the staff of Yukon Housing).
Andrea Gambetti (St’ Paul’s Hospital-Unit 8C)
On Mar/29/2012 I was put into St. Paul’s Hospital. Many people asked me questions. One female medical student wanted to look at my genital of course I denied her nonsense request. Then they forced me to take pill. I refused. Ok, “Since you do not cooperate…” Then they used force (two security guards plus other four people) to take off my underwear and expose my genital in public and did injection.
Now was another broken puppet’s named Andrea Gambetti’s (Plus another broken puppet named Kerr) turn to torture me. He tried to find fault from me every time and attacked me every time that “I am paranoid and I have delusion”. If I have different opinions he increased the dose of medication and reduced the time of pass. At the time I am still naïve and thought that Canada is a country of “Rule of law” unlike China or Singapore “rule by man” then I applied “Panel Review”.
See, how they had worked together to set me up.
1. They assigned a legal advocate called Lisa Ferguson from “Mental Health Law Program” to help me. At the beginning she did and talked to me three times but at the critical moment of hearing she disappeared (another so-called coincident?).
2. They deliberated to choose the date on Apr/14/2011. You know 14 in Chinese means “want you to die” (maybe another coincident?).
3. The panel members were: Frank, Morris and Tracy (I did not know their full name). Based on rules of “Panel Review”, any psychiatric must have solid evidence to prove that patient has such mental illness. Andrea Gambetti did not have any evidence from past to present to prove that “I am paranoid and have delusion” (People can check my medical history from China, Singapore, USA and Canada even from my father’s side and my mother’s side)
After the hearing, Frank told me the decision “You are polite, intelligent and have strong self-esteem. But mental illness is not a stigma any more in North America therefore you must stay.”

Then after 35 days of hospitalization, Andrea Gambetti discharged me with reason that “The hospital does have enough beds.”
Katherine Wrixon (West-End Mental Health Team)
After I discharged from St. Paul’s Hospital, now it was her turn to torture me. She continues to force me to have injection. I asked her many times “Please stop it, it does not provide any help but have so many side-effects.” “No, you must co-operate, otherwise I will put you in hospital again.” She often threatened me if I had any different opinions. In August 2011, she promised me to stop injection but after that she changed her idea and gave me another certificate. I felt despair in Canada because whole society against me therefore I got depression. However, I still tried my last chance to fight and went to “Panel Review” again. This time the chairperson de-certified the certificate. (Why? I knew the reason behind)
Two psychiatrics abused their professional ethics to force me to take unnecessary medicine as follows: Risperidone, Cipralex, Wellbutrin, and Oxazepam to cause me:
1. Permanent Stigma: I must carry this heavy luggage in my life time.
2. Permanent brain damage: Quick thinking and quick learning are my strength. Now they are gone. Formally, if I see something or hear something I can gather all information to my brain about 20 seconds to make judgment but now it takes more than 60 seconds (3 times) and often I feel blank in my brain; poorer memory, formally I could remember a lot information especially complicated information, but now no; poorer reaction, formally I could act very quickly but now no even sometimes I become clumsiness.
3. Dizzy: I felt dizzy during April to October of 2011.
4. Sleeping disorder: from April 2011 until present. Now every night before sleep, I must listen to Radio about one hour, then it takes another half and hour to sleep; Furthermore, I often wake up at night. The longest sleeping time is about 5 hours.
5. Joint-ache: from September 2011 until present.
6. Depression: from August to December of 2011. Katherine Wrixon asked me to take pill but did not work. I found the solution myself, such as, volunteer and part-time job and healed myself. Those shit psychiatrics should go home!
Last year I lived in Century Plaza (at 21 floors). I tried to jump four times but unsuccessful because I heard a voice from Sky “Only cowards commit suicide, be strong, Justice will defeat evil finally!”
7. Nausea: from August to December of 2011
8. Blurred vision: from April 2011 to present.
9. Sex dysfunction: my genital could not erect during April to November of 2011.
10. Life-destroyed: My chance to find a decent life partner is zero, and to get a decent job is also zero unless miracle happens to me. The outrage is: they have worked together to fool me that “Do not worry; we keep your information confidential because no one can access your information.” They perceive public are idiots and do not know about anything. Now is information technology age especially booming spying business. Can they keep my information confidential??
Note: for item 4, 5 and 8, are they complicated decease? No, the doctors do not want to cure therefore they become choric decease. Watching someone suffering is another kind of torture. Let patients suffer, that’s good Canadian Health Care System??
