From UN
Convention against Torture: Torture is
absolutely prohibited. Moreover, America current law bans torture, as well as cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or
punishment. However, to cover up for Singapore government, America government
has conspired with Singapore government to torture me because I have claimed Political asylum in America.
Here I
list why, what, when, where, who and how as follows:
1. Because
I came here to seek justice, America government put me in jail for more than
279 days without due process;
2. Because
I have filed grievance against America government for reasonable redress for my
severe personal injuries and damages, America government has tortured me
endlessly until I die to write off such debt;
3. Because
I have exercised my constitutional rights of free speech and free assembly to
condemn inhuman misconducts of Singapore government and America government, two
evil governments have conspired together to torture me for more than 755 days;
4. Because
I do not want to cooperate. How should I cooperate? First, two evil governments
had a brilliant idea-putting me in jail and forcing me to date those prisoners.
Of course I refused to cooperate; second, then they have another beautiful
plan: forcing me to date those homeless. I refuse too. Ok, since I do not
cooperate, they have sound excuse to torture me because “All is my fault due to
my lacking of cooperation”;

Supposed doctors should save patients and care patients. But my doctors have
acted as a political weapon for Singapore government and America government to
fool me and to deceive me because some medicals are mysterious and have
thousands explanations. Ok, I have given them many chances to explain to me why
I have so many medical problems but they have just played skunks. Moreover,
they have abused their professional ethics for their malpractice either misdiagnosis,
threat, or negligence. Here I give one example, please see the picture, I have
this athlete foot for about ten months but I cannot get the appropriate
treatments until now. Is it complicated like cancer or unknown disease?
My
Medi-Cal has been ended from May/2015 by DHA of Sacramento.
6. Because
I am zealous to take the stand to fight for justice from federal trial court to
Court of Appeals and finally to Supreme Court. If courts and judges give me
justice that’s not wanted by Singapore government and America government; if
not, America government will become an International laughingstock because the
facts and the laws are on my side. That’s why America courts and judges foster delay endlessly and chicane until I
die. Therefore, no hearing and no opinions and my case will be closed
automatically. Then America government needs not to give me “Relief Sought” and can write off the
debt to me and keep good diplomacy with Singapore government.
How?
Making me a “Public enemy” and depriving of my every right even basic rights of
food, sleep and water. Who, when and where?
1) Food:
America government and Singapore government have authorities, resources, and
evil networks. So, they have hired local restaurants, groceries, and homeless
meals to add harmful substances to my meal/drink to cause me head-swollen,
dizzy, fever, sleeping disorder, chest pain, dry throat, loose bowl, skin
itching and rashes, ears pain, eyes infection and redness, blurred vision, athlete
foot, and whole body of muscle/joint/ankle/knee burnt/numbness/tingle/spasm with
the help of doctors and pharmacists behind.
2) Sleep:
First through food: they have added some substances to cause me sleeping disorder;
second through inmates, homeless and local goons, such as, shaking the bed,
kicking the bed, cough and snore to disturb my sleep or put some chemicals to
my mattress, blankets and bed-sheets to disturb my sleep; the most horrible
thing is molest me when I sleep. How? Through unknown drug(s) to cause me total
unconsciousness. I got one genital wart on May/25/2015.
3) Water:
I do not have right to drink water. They have added some harmful substances to
my water through piping system;
4) Loss of
freedom: I am a human but my rights are disregarded by wicked, cruel and unjust.
I have lost my unalienable Rights, which among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. My FB postings, online
comments, tweets, email transactions, incoming/outgoing calls, text messages etc.,
all is under censorship and manipulation by America government and Singapore
government.

Privacy: It is invaluable for every American. But now I like the David’s sculpture-naked
in public. Where I go, what I do and say and who I meet, all is under unlawful
surveillance by two evil governments. Again, because two evil government have
evil networks, they can hire computer *ssholes and local goons to spy me
sneaky.
6) Others:
a) Laundry: they have put some chemicals to my laundry to cause my skin itching
and rashes and muscle burnt; b) Shower: they have put some chemicals to either
soap or water to cause my eyes infection and redness, skin itching and rashes
and hands and feet tingle; c) Emotional distress: because Lee Hsien Loong/OBAMA
have a huge pool of local goons, *ssholes and scumbags, they can hire them to
inflict my emotional distress, humiliation, harassment, annoying and
death-threatening anytime and anywhere.
In
essence, I am worse than those terrorists in overseas because America
government just used some “enhanced torture techniques”, such as,
“waterboarding” to torture detainees. But two evil governments have treated me
like an animal; moreover, America government has forced me to become a homeless
for more than 55 days even my life is worse than those homeless because they
have either social security or disability pension or other benefits but I have
zero income.
Singapore
government is notorious for its human rights record. However, America
government is a so-called global champion of human rights. What America
government has done to me “compromised
American values and stained America national honor.”
Since
OBAMA wants America to go to hell, Lee Hsien Loong is happy to help him.
My life has
been destroyed by two evil governments. I have nothing but a compromised body.
If my death can bring prosperity and good diplomacy between Singapore
government and America government, “Just take it.”
